These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the IndieDev FIRE mobile application (“App”) operated by Martin Zapata (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

IndieDev FIRE is a personal finance and FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) tracking tool designed to help users monitor habits, investments, and long-term financial progress.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or professional advisory services.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, investment, tax, or legal decisions.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Yearly subscriptions
• Lifetime purchase options

All purchases are processed through Apple Inc. using Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

We do not directly manage billing or refunds.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, features, calculations, and software associated with IndieDev FIRE are owned by Martin Zapata unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability
• perfect accuracy of calculations
• error-free operation
• specific financial outcomes
• compatibility with all devices or systems

Use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Martin Zapata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.

This includes financial losses, missed investment opportunities, data loss, or other damages related to use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
