IndieDev FIRE (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the IndieDev FIRE mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.

Overview

IndieDev FIRE is designed with privacy first.

We do not require account creation, login, or registration. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to our servers. Your financial tracking data, habits, goals, and app activity are stored locally on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Name
• Email address (unless you contact us directly)
• Phone number
• Financial account credentials
• Bank account information
• Credit card information
• Government identification
• Location data
• Contacts
• Photos
• Messages
• Personal analytics or usage tracking data

Your information remains on your device and is not stored on our servers.

Local Device Storage

All app data—including your budgets, habits, investment tracking, FIRE calculations, and personal progress—is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.

If you delete the App, your local data may also be deleted unless preserved by your device backup settings.

Subscriptions and Payments

IndieDev FIRE offers optional paid subscriptions and purchases, including monthly, yearly, and lifetime access options.

All payments are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not collect, process, or store your payment information.

Third-Party Services

We use:

• RevenueCat for subscription management and entitlement verification
• Apple Inc. for purchases and subscription billing

These providers may process limited technical transaction information necessary to manage subscriptions and purchases according to their own privacy policies.

We do not use advertising networks or sell user data.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed toward children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” above.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
